主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
江桂斌，中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士，發(fā)展中國(guó)家科學(xué)院院士。中國(guó)分析測(cè)試協(xié)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)，環(huán)境化學(xué)與生態(tài)毒理學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任，長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任ACS著名期刊ES&T副主編，現(xiàn)任ACS期刊E&H創(chuàng)刊主編。第14屆全國(guó)政協(xié)委員。
曾任第13屆全國(guó)政協(xié)人口資源環(huán)境委員會(huì)副主任、中國(guó)科學(xué)院生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心主任，國(guó)家基金委重大基金和創(chuàng)新群體負(fù)責(zé)人，國(guó)家973顧問(wèn)組成員，國(guó)家納米重大研究計(jì)劃專(zhuān)家組成員，國(guó)家環(huán)境咨詢(xún)委員會(huì)委員以及國(guó)家食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)委員。
研究領(lǐng)域涉及環(huán)境科學(xué)與毒理健康。在持久性有機(jī)污染物（POPs）、有機(jī)金屬化合物和納米材料領(lǐng)域貢獻(xiàn)卓著。他是我國(guó)最早從事新污染物研究的科學(xué)家，作為新污染物領(lǐng)域的開(kāi)拓者，提出并推進(jìn)了我國(guó)環(huán)境內(nèi)分泌干擾物研究，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)完成了我國(guó)POPs研究第一個(gè)國(guó)家973項(xiàng)目，開(kāi)辟和引領(lǐng)了新污染物研究的若干學(xué)術(shù)方向，為我國(guó)履行斯德哥爾摩公約和汞的國(guó)際公約做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。作為我國(guó)環(huán)境領(lǐng)域重大儀器研制的引領(lǐng)者，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并建成了國(guó)際首臺(tái)高通量多功能成組毒理學(xué)分析系統(tǒng)，為未知污染物的篩查及復(fù)合效應(yīng)等的研究提供了全新的技術(shù)手段和通用平臺(tái)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)建立了環(huán)境化學(xué)與?態(tài)毒理學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，曾參加中國(guó)南極和北極科考。近期作為首席科學(xué)家和專(zhuān)家組組長(zhǎng)承擔(dān)完成了中科院 “環(huán)境與健康”戰(zhàn)略先導(dǎo)（B）項(xiàng)目和國(guó)家基金委重大研究計(jì)劃“大氣細(xì)顆粒毒理與健康”。目前為國(guó)家基金委重大基金項(xiàng)目“生命過(guò)程中外源污染物的識(shí)別與追蹤”首席科學(xué)家，發(fā)表SCI論文1300余篇，SCI他引7萬(wàn)余次，出版中英文專(zhuān)著23部，在國(guó)內(nèi)外大學(xué)、研究院所、學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議、國(guó)際組織和政府機(jī)構(gòu)作大會(huì)報(bào)告或特邀報(bào)告1000次。
先后獲得國(guó)家杰出青年科學(xué)基金、中科院青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院杰出成就獎(jiǎng)、安捷倫“全球思想領(lǐng)袖獎(jiǎng)”、全國(guó)創(chuàng)新?tīng)?zhēng)先獎(jiǎng)、美國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)ES&T杰出成就獎(jiǎng)、3次獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)。
Brief Introduction of Professor Guibin Jiang
Professor Guibin Jiang is a distinguished academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Fellow of The World Academy of Sciences, the chairman of the China Association for Instrumental Analysis and the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology. He has long served as the associate editor of ES&T, a famous journal of ACS, and currently serves as the founding editor-in-chief of the ACS journal E&H.
His research specializes in the environmental science and toxicological health. He has made outstanding contributions in the fields of persistent organic pollutants (POPs), organometallic compounds, and nanomaterials. Professor Jiang is one of the earliest scientists in China to engage in new pollutant research, pioneering studies on environmental endocrine disruptors. As a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), he previously acted as the deputy director of the CPPCC's Committee of Population, Resources and Environment, director of the Institute of Ecological Environment at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, principal of major funds and innovative groups at the National Natural Science Foundation of China, member of the National 973 Advisory Group, expert of the national nanotechnology research program, member of the National Environmental Consultation Committee, and the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Committee.
Professor Jiang has been awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the CAS Youth Scientist Award,the CAS Outstanding Achievement Award, Agilent "Global Thought Leader Award", the National Innovation Forefront Award, the Outstanding Achievements in ES&T Award of American Chemical Society, and has received the National Natural Science Award Second Class three times.
