主講人簡(jiǎn)介：

Bruce E. Logan教授是美國(guó)國(guó)家工程院(NAE)院士，中國(guó)工程院(CAE)外籍院士，美國(guó)科學(xué)促進(jìn)會(huì)(AAAS)、國(guó)際水協(xié)會(huì)(IWA)、水環(huán)境聯(lián)合會(huì)(WEF)和環(huán)境工程與科學(xué)教授協(xié)會(huì)(AEESP)會(huì)士，擔(dān)任了美國(guó)賓夕法尼亞州立大學(xué)能源與環(huán)境研究所所長(zhǎng)、土木與環(huán)境工程系Stan&Flora Kapp教授以及清華大學(xué)、哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)客座教授。Logan教授近年來(lái)致力于生物電化學(xué)系統(tǒng)、可再生能源生產(chǎn)、能源可持續(xù)性水基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展相關(guān)的科研，以及能源、碳排放和氣候相關(guān)的教學(xué)工作。他在《Nature》《Science》《Nature Reviews Microbiology》《PNAS》等國(guó)際頂尖雜志發(fā)表了550多篇論文 (引用超過(guò)115000次，h指數(shù)＝164; google scholar)。

Brief Introduction of Professor Bruce Logan

Dr. Bruce E. Logan is a member of the US National Academy of Engineering (NAE), an international member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the International Water Association (IWA), the Water Environment Federation (WEF), and the Association of Environmental Engineering & Science Professors (AEESP). Logan is Director of the Institute of Energy and the Environment, and the Stan and Flora Kappe Professor of Environmental Engineering in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Penn State University. What’s more, he is a guest professor at several universities including Tsinghua University and Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). He has published more than 550 papers (>115,000 citations, h-index=164; Google scholar) in leading international journals such as Nature, Science, Nature Reviews Microbiology, and PNAS. Etc.
