岳清瑞教授，中國(guó)工程院院士，工程結(jié)構(gòu)專(zhuān)家，北京科技大學(xué)城鎮(zhèn)化與城市安全研究院院長(zhǎng)，國(guó)家城市安全發(fā)展科技研究院院長(zhǎng)，深圳市城市公共安全技術(shù)研究院首席科學(xué)家等，兼任中國(guó)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)、住建部建筑工程抗震設(shè)防專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)主任、應(yīng)急管理部專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)委員等，長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任科技部社會(huì)發(fā)展、新材料、科技平臺(tái)等領(lǐng)域?qū)＜摇?/p>

岳清瑞教授長(zhǎng)期從事工程結(jié)構(gòu)診治、高性能結(jié)構(gòu)材料和城市安全的理論研究、技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制、工程應(yīng)用和產(chǎn)業(yè)化工作，在工業(yè)建構(gòu)筑物結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性檢測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)、結(jié)構(gòu)加固改造修復(fù)、纖維復(fù)材等高性能結(jié)構(gòu)材料土木工程應(yīng)用、城鎮(zhèn)化與城市安全保障等方面取得了一系列創(chuàng)新成果。主持完成國(guó)家級(jí)各類(lèi)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng)，發(fā)表論文200余篇，主持編制30余部國(guó)家及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，獲國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)。

Brief Introduction of Professor Qingrui Yue

Qingrui Yue, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, an expert of structural engineering, the president of Research Institute of Urbanization and Urban Safety of University of Science and Technology Beijing, the president of the National Institute of Science and Technology for Urban Security Development, the chief scientist of the Shenzhen Technology Institute of Urban Public Safety, the president of the China Steel Construction Society, the director of the committee on seismic fortification of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, and the member of the Committee of Experts of the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China. During an extensive tenure with the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, Professor Yue has served as an expert in diverse fields, including social development, new materials, and technology platforms.

Professor Yue is primarily engaged in theoretical research, technological development, standard formulation, engineering applications, and industrialization in the fields of engineering structural diagnosis and treatment, high-performance structural materials, and urban safety. He has achieved a series of innovative results in industrial construction structure reliability testing and evaluation, structural reinforcement, repair and renovation, civil engineering applications of high-performance structural materials like fiber composites, and urbanization and urban safety assurance. Professor Yue has led over 20 national-level research and development projects, published more than 200 papers, chaired the formulation of over 30 national and industry standards, and received three second-class National Science and Technology Progress Awards.
