主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
康樂(lè)，中國(guó)科學(xué)院特聘研究員，我國(guó)著名生態(tài)基因組學(xué)專(zhuān)家，中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士，是美國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)院、歐洲科學(xué)院等七個(gè)國(guó)家和國(guó)際組織的外籍院士，現(xiàn)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院北京生命科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院生物互作卓越創(chuàng)新中心主任、河北大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)。長(zhǎng)期從事生態(tài)基因組學(xué)研究，是國(guó)家“973”項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家和基金委創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人，也是國(guó)際上幾個(gè)重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊的主編和編委。他將基因組學(xué)與生態(tài)學(xué)結(jié)合，系統(tǒng)研究動(dòng)物的適應(yīng)性和表觀(guān)可塑性。在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域發(fā)表SCI論文260余篇，重要論文發(fā)表在Nature, Science, Science Advances, Nature Communication, PNAS等重要刊物上，總引用上萬(wàn)次，是Elsevier選出的農(nóng)業(yè)和生物學(xué)高被引科學(xué)家（Scopus 2014-2021）。2008年被國(guó)際昆蟲(chóng)學(xué)會(huì)選舉為執(zhí)行理事，2009年獲美國(guó)內(nèi)布拉斯加大學(xué)榮譽(yù)科學(xué)博士，2011年獲何梁何利生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)，2013年獲美國(guó)昆蟲(chóng)學(xué)會(huì)頒發(fā)的國(guó)際杰出科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)，2015年獲選第八屆“談家楨生命科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)”成就獎(jiǎng)，2017年獲國(guó)家自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)和中國(guó)科學(xué)院杰出成就獎(jiǎng)，2019年當(dāng)選國(guó)際生物科學(xué)聯(lián)合會(huì)（IUBS）副主席，同年獲得“馬世駿生態(tài)科學(xué)成就獎(jiǎng)”，2021年獲國(guó)際化學(xué)生態(tài)學(xué)會(huì)西弗斯坦-西蒙尼獎(jiǎng)。
Brief Introduction of Professor Le Kang
Dr. Le Kang is a CAS distinguished professor in Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and pioneers the researches on ecological genomics and adaptation of insects. He serves as president of Beijing Institutes of Life Sciences (CAS) and Hebei University. He reveals the molecular mechanisms for phenotypic plasticity and adaptation of locusts at both genetic and epigenetic levels using interdisciplinary methods. His achievement has reshaped the scientific outlooks on locust biology, and provided crucial cues to develop novel control strategies against the swarming insects. Kang was elected member of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and foreign member or fellow from 7 countries and international academic organizations including US National Academy of Sciences (NAS) due to his scientific achievements and international academic impacts. Dr. Kang published about 200 research articles in international peer-review journals and his h-index is 55 with about 10,000 citations. He is one of the most cited scientists in agricultural and biological science. His representative papers are published in Nature, Science, Science Advances, PNAS, Nature Communications, Genome Biology, Molecular Biology and Evolution, Global Change Biology, eLife, EMBO Report etc. Dr. Kang is a council member of International Congress of Entomology since 2008. He was conferred upon an Honorary Doctor Degree of Science by Nebraska University (US) in 2009. He has been awarded numerous national and international awards. He was elected Vice-President of International Union of Biological Sciences (IUBS) in Norway in 2019.
